They advertised great rates and excellent service. I make a lot of overseas calls, so I decided to give it a shot. I have tried numerous long distance service companies before and always if the customer is not satisfied with the connection quality they cancel the service.

When I called to sign up I was a bit skeptical about the voice quality since most of them VOIP connections a lot of times the quality is bad. So, when I spoke to the representative they said the minimum pre-paid amount is $25. I asked what if the service is horrible then what? They responded that I can call back cancel and get my money back.

I signed up and tried to make several calls to different numbers in different countries - same result. This is what happened.
1) you dial the number and it is silent for a few minutes no ringtones, never connects
or
2) you dial the number and hear a horrible loud skreetching noise and have to hang up because it is unbearable
or
3) it rings then someone picks up on the other end but you cannot hear them at all
or
4) hear an error message your call did not go through please try again

So after wasting tons of time and being able to connect maybe on the 20th time it does then the connection quality is so bad you can't understand what the other person is saying and vice versa and after a few minutes the service just disconnects

I was fed up because by far this is the worst phone quality I have ever experienced. I called customer service and asked to cancel this rediculous service and get my money back. The representative said they cannot do that because the company has a no refund policy. The apoligized for the terrible connectivity and said techical support will fix the problem and added $5 to my account for inconveience.

Techincal support did not fix a thing. So, no I am out of $25 and no phone service that I can use. I called the company back and the manager said they will investigate and get back to me and also let the upper management know. It has been over a month I have not heard from anyone nor has the quality improved.

Never ever sign up with this company for anything!
