Vickie Rice, Vicki Rice, Cathleen Rice, Kathleen Rice Vickie Rice of Kasamba.com gave me a false reading and Kasamba will not give me a refund Ripoff

I had a reading with this psychic on Kasamba.com. At first, her readings were a dollar per minute. Then, the rate raised to $2.50 per minute. I chose her because of the cheap rate. She gave me a reading at first that was general and did not answer one single question. I called back and then she gave me all of these concrete details and dates and so forth. The information had nothing to do with me. Why are all the psychics on Kasamba fake and why won't Kasamba honor its guarantee and give refunds?
