Vickie Rice is a psychic that operates on ebay and has her own website.in she did a reading for me and I thought she was accurate so I consulted her again.in May or June she gave me a FAKE reading. When I told her the reading was fake, she started screaming at me and became belligerent. DON'T WASTE your money on this lady—she is nuts!
