This attorney was my daughter's attorney for her divorce and he charged her too much for so little. Money up front with no service - as a matter of fact my daughter filed for divorce but HE let her husband's lawyer draw the paperwork up! He has no backbone to stand up for my daughter who makes considerably less than her Now Ex-husband who by the way was allowed to say he could only pay $300 a month for two little daughters and the judge allowed that!
This attorney didn't even care to call my daughter to find out what he could do to help her - he just wanted his $1700 for his service which by the way again, he let his paralegal handle.
Where can one who's on limited income living payday to payday go to find legal help. She's going to have to go back to court but she doesn't want to use him again. Aren't there any caring lawyers out there who could help her? She's at wits end.
