Dvd's, 5 for 49 cents deal did not receive introductory pack of 5 dvd, s for 49 cents

I signed up for the intro pck & listed 5 dvd's for 49 cents each, for which i received a bill for but never received the dvd's
i e-mailed their suppossed "customer service" and received an e-mail that the package had been returned to them as wrong addres/undeliverable, or something like that
they said they would re-ship the package, that was last month. (february) and i have already received february & march's selections & their bills, but still no introduction pack.
What a rip-off

Psdon't try to look for phone numbers, they don't exist!!!
