1) I called for an apointment ahead of time set the time, still hadto wait an hour an a half to be seen
2) tried to tell the rep;that i had to also send certin paper with my rapid refund she said it was no problem if i sent it last year irs would have in there records this year. FALCE.
3) i tried to explaine that my wife was reciving SSI; and we had been seperated for 2 years she, then relyed if she dosnt file you can still claim her, ths is untrue and dishonest ;This should have been my red flag to go some where ealce. However I didnt, But i did not let her claime my wife eigther. If I would have my wife would have lost her small amount of wages she gets once a month to make a living. Dishonest all the way asking me to lie to the IRS just to make an extra doller. And she is a ax preparer that dose this for a living. You go here to help from hopfully getting autided in the future. UnreliabelIfiled rapid refund but it wasnt so rapid for three days later when i was still waundering where my refund was. She had to exlained to me how sorry she was but it was still on her desk she had forgotten to fax it / for three days it layed. Then when she did fax it I get a call asking me if i could bring that paper in that i told her i had to have to begin with, so this prolonged my returne yet once agian/which was concerning a dependent. Which involved my earned income as well as additional child tax credit. Which anyne filing taxes knows this involves quite a lot of (HONEST) dollers. This was all started on 1-25-07 it is now. 3-25-07. And after calling for several days to check on returnand the representives for H&R blockgetting nasty telling me thay would call me when thay got there. Well with all the mistakes thus far I decided to call The IRS myself and check on my return with no surprize thay had not recived anythihg since the first time when thay had replyed back about that dependent form. I called H&R back told them what the IRS said thay told me to call them the next day in the afternoon and thay would see what thay could find out. Meanwhile i was filing a complaint on the H&Rcomplaint line, thay assured me this matter would be taken care of for thay did not want to miss out on me being a returning client. So thay got ahold of the manager of that office and the next call i got was that that office said thay had my paper work but itwould take them $316.00 to refile themand this was the lady from the complaint line, she then told me if it were her she would just pick the paper work up and file it her self now the only thig i can think of is the lady from the complaint line eigther knows the manager and thought id just leave all this time and incovienonce and ruddness just let it go and file it myself (you know take your kindness as a weakness and push you aside like your time and money is not that important. Well perhaps i would have but how meny outhersare out there that have had the same thigdone to them somhow there has to be a stop to bad bussniesses like this if it were her money and paper work i just wounder if she would have been so eazy going as i was to ths point. Or better yet if the IRS knows thay are blaming them for there mistakes and dont mind these tax places doing thingslike this. Or better yet how meny people have got into trouble or owed money to the IRS because of H&R BLOCKS UNPROFESHANIAL HELP AND BAD WAY OF DOING GOVERMENT BUSINESS. This is very upseting when you think of it. And yet all i was (was someone looking for a good right job done without any problems with my paper work on my taxes to get me all i deserved as a hard working citizen.in the lowerclass world.
