Thay said that we had a loan for 1500 dollars but we never receved it so i tryed calling but know one asnswered so thay have my account info what do i do

I applyed for a loan with this company and thay called me and told me that i would have a loan amount of 1500 in my account bye today so i check and i did not so i tryed to call but now one answered the phone so know thay have my information what do i do i see that thay rip alot of people off so befor thay do that to me i am going to take care of it know
