I was taking a look at my credit report the other day and I happen to see Double Day book club listed in my negative section of my credit report. I have never heard of this company nor have I ordered anything from this company. I have never recieved any bills or any calls, etc. If so, I would have disputed the company right there and then. So I disputed the company listed on my credit report and is went under investigation, it turns out that they rejected the information I had stated, I put - No knowledge of this account. I have no idea why this turned out on my credit report. It makes me more angry because there is no telephone that you can call, only email. I would like to speak to someone by phone. This is incredible.
I have no idea where they could have got my information, I believe this is fraud! And I have no idea why this is on my credit report. Double Day book club is a SCAM!
