Shiedler Electric wont pay past 5pm even if still in company vehicle driving to shop

I am reporting this company because we work 8am-5pm. We cant leave the job site until 5pm. Our pay stops at 5pm. If we are working in a different town and have a 30 minute drive or whatever back to the shop, we arent getting paid for this even though we are still in the company vehicle. We have to do this on our own time.
