I placed my order through Amazon.com. Normally, I don't have problems with Amazon, but this time the order was routed to Vision Decor. The item arrived damaged. Not necessarily they're fault. But, they didn't answer the phone when I called. I left a message for the customer service department and I sent an email to customer service. It's been over 5 days and I still haven't received an acknowledgement of the problem.
This is a company that does not take responsibility for problems with their orders. They can file a claim with their shipping company. It wouldn't take much time for them to send an email or call to say they're sorry the item arrived damaged and a new one will be sent. I can't believe that Amazon would partner with a company with such poor customer service.
