SMC took my money and never even sent any information refuse to talk to me or answer email. Ripoff

I am single parent of four kids I order from SMC They charged me $134.00 and never sent me anything and when I call to talk to someone no one can give any answers or a refund.

I try to email no one returns my email. I really think it is ugly that they can take your money and there is nothing you can do about it. I need every little bit of money I can get.
