They offered an ebay cd for just 1.97 did not get any cd but my card had also been charged for USD49.97. It is totally a rip off Las Vagas Las Vegas

I got ripped off my PM Fastauction.com. All i thought was they are going to sent a cd for ebay tools for which the charges where USD1.97 for which i had paid through my credit card. But to this date i have not received any cd but instead have been ripped off by them with another USD49.97. What is this can someone stop them. Catch them and make them payback what they owned to so much of innocent people.
