My daughter lost her cell phone and was stranded at an airport. I instructed her to use her visa card to make calls. She was charged 11.95 EACH (total $59.75) for 5 calls of less than several minutes.
When I called the 800 number I was told they would issue a credit of 26.00 BUT ONLY if I would release additional credit card information and only if I agreed not to dispute any additional charges. I will take this up with the credit card company and the state attorney general. These people are predators.
