Apparently they can add a charge (4.20/month) to a bellsouth phone bill without permission from consumer. I have never rented a caller id unit since establishing my phone service in 1980. You have to check bill carefully to see charge. Bellsouth customer service will not remove the charge. You must contact innotrac by phone-which of course is normal business hours only.
