Today, January 3, I went to purchase a DVD movie, "Time Warriors" from the Big Lots in Central Anaheim, California, on the corner of State College and Lincoln.
The price tag read $4.99. However, when Albert, the cashier, scanned the DVD, it read $7.99.
Albert said he could give to me at the sticker price. He said he would have to charge me the scanned price.
The mistake was made at the store level, not by a customer.
Albert refused to sell me the DVD at the price on the price tag, instead, he just threw the DVD aside, and would not discuss it anymore.
