Diaper Velcro Tabs Will Not Stick Because of Defective Stamping

The Velcro on the diapers is defective. The tabs are being stamped incorrectly when being made making it impossible to make the tab stick to the diaper, ultimately resulting in numerous unused diapers being thrown away.
