On Janaury 27 I ordered the lease=-breaker book on-line. The advertisement stated that I could download the information right away. Once the transaction was complete, I did not notice any prompts providing what the next step.
I then went to paypal, which confirmed right away that the payment was debited from my account. I was very concerned, so I immediately e-mailed the company. I alerted them to this issue. I waited until Monday for a reply. No response. I called no response. I figured that I have given them enough time to at lease e-mail and explain what I need to do access this information. HELP ME! I am a single parent, and I don't like to be taken advantage of.
