If you are in the mall like I was with my 2 children ignore anyone who comes up to you saying how adorable your children. Are. It is a terrible sales tacti for people to say in front of your children how adorable they are and that they could be on television
I went to their Edgewater Office with my 2 children, ages 5 and 8 after them leaving numerous messages on my answering machine and my children hearing it for them to come down for an interview. My children were very excited and I ended up losing $900.00, $450.00 each for pictures.
When I got home that day my husband googled them on the internet and found out at the time they had 44 complaints - now 63 as of today with the BBB. I immediately faxed in a letter and called the next morning stating I was cancelling that my husband was not in agreement with me taking their pictures and that the pictures were not even processed yet. They told me to get a lawyer because I signed the contracts. I thought I had 3 days to cancel.
I am now trying to dispute this with my credit card company. If anyone has information on this subject and how I can get my money back, please let me know. I feel like such a fool for falling for their tactics-they really know how to go after the heart of a mother.
