I was overwhelmed by debts due to a ex-friend ripping me off with a business deal & ID theft. I turned to Credit Solutions for help to reduce this debt. Kimberly Jackson was the person who I origanlly signed up with.
After that I never spoke to the same person twice. They do not return phone calls. I was offered a settlement to which I had excepted, I made arrangements for payment, however the paperwork was never done. Each time I got a hold of someone the settlement price kept going up.
One year into their program: I am on the verge of being taken to court by 2 creditors. I have accrued approx $7400.00 in late fees and astronomical interest. I asked Credit Solutions for a full refund of $3300.00. After their review committee took several days reviewing? They finally called and offered to refund $1353.00. And I was asked to sign a General Release letter. Blah, blah.
I think I will contact an Attorney in the morning.
PS. I have copies of the emails with their offers & my acceptence.
