California Daze
Pd $106.17 for shoes Sept '04-never rcvd. After 2 ph calls and a letter still no response. 2 years ago! Ripoff

In September I ordered a pair of Chet Thomas IV shoes from the California Daze website for $106.17. On October 5 I was billed this amount on my credit card.in November I called the store (480) 946-1882, as I had not received the shoes.

I got an explanation that their computer had crashed. I left my name, order number, and phone number for a call back, which I never received and a promise that the shoes would be shipped the following week. Nothing. I repeated this process in December with exactly the same results. Nothing.

In January I sent a letter to California Daze at 7607 E. McDowell Road Suite 118, in Scottsdale, Arizona, explaining the situation and requesting a check for $106.17. Nothing.

Now it's been over 2 years and still nothing.
