In Oct I found a charge on my charge card for 79.95. I reported this to my charge card and filled out a complaint. They removed the charge. I now look at my charge card bill again and now I have a 69.95 charge. I don't even know who this company is and what they are charging me for. You call the 1-800 number and you get an automated answering service and there first question is your charge card #. I don't think so. Now I have to file another claim with my charge card this is ridiculous. How do you stop this?
