My wifes cell phone fell in the toilet and we didn't buy the insurance. The time was not up yet to get a new phone or credit on a new phone, so we used an old phone and used it until the time was up to get a new one.
Sprint says when you change phones, you automatically extend your contract even if you don't buy it from sprint. Is this legal? It doesn't say that in the contract I signed.
Then my son lost his phone. It had insurance. He got a new one mailed to him. Again sprint extended his 2 years without signing. Is that legal?
