I have also been a victim of LocatersPlus, Christine Dillon, and Perry Feraldi. I paid $500 for an adoptive search that has produced nothing. I have been trying to get my refund, which has been promised to me 10 times over the past three years. It even went as far as Christine Dillon sending me a personal check for my refund, but of course, the check was bad good, written from a closed account with insufficient funds. A good point of contact at the Lincoln Park Police Department is Detective Sergeant West, he may be of some assistance. He has been investigating LocatersPlus, Christine Dillon, and Perry Feraldi for me. If enough of us get together, we should file a class action lawsuit against them.in my opinion, this is internet fraud and if you sent your money to them through the mail, it could be a felony offense! It's a shame that they are still in business, they need to be stopped NOW! BEWARE!
