Ripoff two fraudulent verizon phone bills

My wife and I received two Verizon phone bills, one for her and one for me, two different numbers and both from an area code that we have not lived in for over 9 years.
The numbers are the same prefix and area code but different last 4 didgts.

Both bills are over $700.00 both from Verizon.
And going thru or old records, neither phone number was ever ours.
