I received this notice in the mail claiming that I was the only one out of 250 names nominated to be granted this grant. All I had to do was to send in a $25.00 processing fee (refundable) to cover administration costs and my Benefits would commence. I'm a diabled veteran living on a fixed income and every penny counts so I wanted to check this company out before I sent any money in. Not to my surprise, I found out that this "De Monaco Heritage Fund" has made the "Rip-Off" web site list. My suggestion to everyone is this: DO NOT EVER SEND ANY MONEY TO ANY COMPANY THAT MAKES AN OFFER TO GOOD TO BE TRUE BEFORE YOU CHECK THEM OUT FIRST!!! This type of fraud is a Federal crime and this company should be dealt with severly!
