Offered Grant and asked for fee of $25 by check/cash/money order to help cover administrative cost, ripoff

CONGRATULATIONS letter from De Monaco Heritage Fund (founder Jacquelne de Monaco, Director of Grants: Addison DeWit) is asking to send $25 as administration fee, congratulating you for a Grant (no amount mentioned, but no need to pay taxes on)..."individual grant is given unconditionally - only made available to honest, worthy recipients like yourself."

My opinion: If they mail thousands of these letters to innocent people believing on receiving a Grant and sending in $25 - this "Heritage Fund" fraud company can get rich pretty quickly.
