I also recieved letter in mail with exactly the same
letter as other people.

I received a letter stating, my name is Jacqueline De Monaco, the founder of the De Monaco Heritage Fund. And I have some news tht will come as a complete surprise for you. Exactly three months ago your name was submitted, in private nomination, to be a recipient of an individual grant from the De Monaco Heritage Fund.

Just this week the Fund's selection committee made its final report on the current selection of nominees. And from well over 250 names nominated, your nomination was the one approved.
