Charged $85 for Repair of Outside Box the Company Maintains

I was having phone line problems 2 weekends in a row... So I called repair each time... Both time it corrected itself before anyone came

They called said they were sending tec to look at lines... He came updated the metal box on the outside... Which is there responsibility to do so

... The repair man never entered my house... As if he did I would be responsible for inside lines...

Then they sent me a bill 4 85.00 for him to change and update the equipment there responsible for... Has worked fine since... I got screwed
