Signed up and paid $565.00 but received no calls for modeling opportunities. Ripoff

Signed up my daughter with modeling agency and paid $565.00. It's been over 3 years and haven't had any modeling opportunities, everytime I call they say I don't have to call and they will call if something comes up. Then I been told they are a scam and looked them up and see they are so I want my money back.
