Well where do I start. Ive been useing rent a center for 2 years. Paid off many things. I recently got really sick and got behind one week I have been paying the insurance that is suppose to help you if you can not work but they said they could not use it. Well i turned in most of my things but my couch Ive been paying on almost 2 years. Well today I was told they upped my contract 10.00 and changed when my payment was due so for 2 months they have over charged me 120.00. They harrase my children and I atleast 10 times a day and the bad thing is my couch has needed fixing since i got it. They wont fix it and Iover mpaid on my air condititon... I will never use them again or refer anyone to them...
