Ripoff unauthorized voicemail billing ripoff

In November, I called ILD to request that their charges for voicemail services be discontinued and my telephone bill account credited, as I had not ordered their services. The rep said that this would be done. I've received my December telephone bill and ILD is still there. I've just sent them an email repeating my request.

Class action, anyone?
