This company is a joke. My wife contaced them to terminate her agreement after the 30-day "free" trial. The call was made after she tried to terminate it through an e-mail, and was told she would have to call their toll-free number, which she did. It is because of the lack of professionalism on the part of your company that I have contacted the Better Business Bureau.
