Publicist Victoria Talbot - Presley, the owner of the Hype Inc. Located in Cherry Valley, New York has refused to reinburse me for services I paid for but have NOT been rendered. After being reffered to Victoria Talbot Presley, I viewed her site full of celebrity clients and then trusted that she was a creditable publicist.
Her clients on her site listed that she curently represents: Alicia Minshew of "All My Children", Jamie Pressly of NBC's "My Name is Earl", Popular Models Caprice and Joanna Krupa, Summer Altice of "The Scorpian King" and more. Plus her site lists that she played an important role in launching Estella Warren, Claudia Schiffer and others.
After Victoria Talbot Pressly and I decided to begin a business relationship together she harassed me to pay a so called "retainer" fee to her. I wouldn't have thought to much of it except for the pressure I felt coming from her. She said it was to "protect her" from being ripped off. This began what was to be 3 months of not only neglect but also discrimination.
Victoria Talbot Presley began lying on a regular basis in regards to the work she was doing for me. She then continued with this and could show nothing for it. She would ignore most of my calls and emails. At the end of three months she began ignoring ALL my emails and phone calls.
I then wrote an email and sent a letter to officially call our business relationship off and request my money paid back. I received no response. I then contacted the Better Business Bureau and they contacted her. She did not respond to them then bragged that I could do nothing.
