Spencers Horrible Customer Service, Still waiting for a refund and return shipping label after a month & a half! Phone staff totally unknowledgeable about account, managers will not return calls! How do they stay in business! Ripoff

I ordered two items from spencersonline.com on Oct 24th. Less than 15 minutes later I called them to cancel the order because it was not going to arrive before halloween. At first they tried to give me a hard time saying that once the order is placed it's unchangeable and uncancelable. Then after about a half hour of argueing they finally promised to send a return shipping label and refund me the shipping immediately. I have called back a dozen times since then (it is now Dec 11!!!) and they tell me they have no further information and they will have someone call me back with information. Then they never call back. It is now 48 days later and they still havent even sent me the friggin shipping label, let alone refunded my shipping. When I call to complain all I get is "Im sorry sir, all I can tell you is we'll have someone call you back". No one is willing to talk to me, and the the managers are unwilling to get on the phone when I call.

I expected better service from a company as established as Spencer Gifts. Rest assured I will never order from them again.
