I sold it of Alamo is a franchise of ebay, a store that claims to the seller of an item will receive payment of that item 30-45 days from the time the seller drops off the item at the store. It has been over three months and I have still not received a payment for my item. All that I've been told is that they are having difficulties at the moment. Well I'm sure their not having difficulties receiving payments from their bidders. I have received only one apology from a worker other than the manager-who has never once returned my phone calls or updated me on the processing of my check when she had said she would. After numerous calls and an email, I still have heard nothing from the owners. I have never filed a bad business report, but after months of unanswered questions, amd horrible customer service, I need to let other consumers know to be weary of using this franchise. I advice any potential ebay sellers to just sell directly through ebay, avoiding the costs of a franchise's commission.
