On Sept. 28 I purchased an item listed on Ebay.com, I was told the item would be sent immediately after payment. The seller received payment on Oct. 1, I have not received the item and seller keeps making excuses as to when it will be sent, after informing me a week ago that it was sent on Oct. 7.
