I bought how to sell on Ebay for $1.95, and $39.95 was taken out of my account for the last 4 months without my consent ripoff

I found an opportunity on my email on how to Sell on Ebay for $1.95, I sent for this and only this and just found out that I have been charged for the last four months $39.95 without my consent. This Company OnLine Supplier-NeWave has been stealing money out of my account without my permission.
