Ripoff, charged my credit card 29.95 after I did not want service. Company is in someway connected with e-bay Long Beach

I feel this company is in someway connected with e-bay, this is where I received info in the beginning is from e-bay, I requested information and the next thing I knew was that Online Supplier charged my credit card two months in a row for $29.95 without my knowledge.
