I ordered a second phone for my daughter and since July the bill has been over $300, I called, my daughters called and they say that my daughter is going over her minutes well she upped the minutes and still the samething. HUH! They finally said oh her phone is roaming you need to put it on sprint only, done it and still the samething. On the 4 Dec. 2006 I got my bill it say $81 and change I went on line and saw the bill for $81 and change. Today 5 Dec. The bill online say 246 and change HUH!
Here's a copy of a letter to sprint after I tried to purchase a phone over telesales they charged my $439.99 instead of $49.99 like they said. Then my husband and I found the money in his sprint account but they are taking their lovely time reversing the charges back to my bank account. They are so incompetent and everytime you call you talk to someone haven knows where they are at.
Here is a copy of my latest letter to sprint. Why is it that sprint reps. Like to patronize people. I continue to have a hard time with this company I am getting to the point that I am contacting my lawyer to sue this company. This is BS what people have to put up with. Being patronized, taking money from a persons bank account and then saying it's going to take about 7-10 days to fix the problem. I even called to give you guys info. Then I get credit on my account and I see that my bill for Dec. Is $249 and change. I have the bill at home for Dec. And it says $81. And change. Again patronizing me. Your company caused me a night at the hospital and almost a nervous break down. Fix the problem ASAP. This is my cell number 856-392-1086 but you need to contact at home 856-751-0514. I was trying to buy a phone for x-mas for my husband and it was giving to me for $49.99 but the rep. Took $439.99 out of my account twice we where able to stop a payment but you guys still owe me $439.99 you need to reverse this charge back to my bank account ASAP. My husband and I where able to put a stop payment to one charge but one had already gone through. They keep giving my different info. And dates as to when they are putting the money in my bank account first it was 48 hours then 5-6 days then it was 10-15 days. But it took them 2 seconds to take the money from my account. They need to fix this immediately I want the money put back into my bank account ASAP. I am a disable vet that lives on a limited income I hate that people specially a company this large tries to rip off people. Also their reps. Like to patronize people and hang up in the middle of a call. 1. How would you like the company to resolve your complaint? Do not enter more than 1,000 characters.
I want them to put the $439.99 back into my bank account ASAP, and I also want them to rectify their dump, stupid mistake of taking all that money from my bank account by giving me the 2 phone free the MOTOKRZR k 1m at no charge and stop over billing my account they found that my daughter's phone was on roaming after 4 months all lots of calls (which they never told her to put it on sprint only). WE call about texing and picture mail they fix it then it doesn't work again it's one vicious cycle with them. But it seems as though they continue to over charge me saying she goes over her minutes. How is that when she works from 6am to 5pm monday thru friday and cannot use her phone at work only during breaks. I check my account online and nothing makes sense.
