I was at a convention over Thanksgiving weekend, and went to the lobby to make a call to the local pizza place to get a party started. I didn't have change, and there was a credit card slot and I have been told before that I could use my credit card to make a call. So reading the pay phone to make sure I wouldn't get any wacky charges I made a call, got on hold, hung up.
Then Made another call. Barely five minutes all together.
When I got home, I realized I was charged twice in the ammount of $26.68.
Yesterday and today I have called this phone number listed on my bill, and all that is mentioned is that I have to give my credit card number to get the charge rates. I told them that they had no information and they said that I wasn't allowed to get information about the charges unless I gave them my credit card number.
I have looked over this website, and called the hotel, and called my credit card company. I will get my money back. I have to. But so far no one is helping.
