I live in Seatac, Wa. I'm going to college at South Seattle Community College. My Scholarship needed a copy of my High School Transcript and I had no change and I saw a credit card slot so, I read that it was only $1.00 for four minutes. I made a call to Helena High School in Helena, Montana each call was only for two minutes so a total of four minutes less than five minutes. One call was to request a copy of my High School transcript to be fax to South Seattle Community College, next call was to confirm that it was faxed. When I got home, I check my account and I was overdrawn due to the fact that Network Communication International Corporation charged my account $20 for each call. Now I need every cent cause it's my lunch money until I go to work for some temp. Work service only on the weekends cause I go to school every day from 8:30 A.M. To 5:00 P.M. And it's not guaranty that I get to work every weekend so now I have to worry about if I'm going to eat until I get a job..
