My wife and I purchased nextel phones on two different occasions she sent her rebate in first and after about three months was told she didn't get the information in on time being this was said, I made sure to get mine in on time, and behold was told mine was late also how can this be when we learned from the first time I wouldn't make the same mistake twice what a rip-off
