Alliance Acquisitions Associates - Bill Busche - Randy Hicks - Marvin R. Hicks - Katheryn Oliver
Ripoff Fraud guar buyer-rtn$

Fax received: we are buying businesses in your industry (from USA GROUP)—Returned form, got call from Bill Busche (from Chicago) representing Alliance Acquisitions. Set appointment to come & discuss. Says he doesn't care if we sign up or not, he's already been paid for his time & expense. Need to pay $5000 for an independent evaluation and will only be accepted if we 'qualify' Next week we get accepted, Evaluation report comes from 'BUSINESS EVALUATION SYSTEMS', A KRISTEN G. AND GEORGE D ABRAHAM.

The report looks very professional giving many formulas for valuing businesses, and then valuing our business at exactly what we had asked, with much proding from Mr. Busche to make it high. When I don't hear anything for a while I call & get a rude person who switches me to a person who is to be my analyst, the call gets dropped. I get a call toward the end of my 1 year guarantee of a qualified buyer who will be contacting me. Later, I call them but they are not looking for anything in my area. Just before the contract is up, I get a glowing report of Alliance's success matching 180 million dollars with qualified buyers in 2005. When the contrat is up I respectfully ask for a refund as per the promises made and the contract.

I get a rude letter saying they have fulfilled their obligation, my business information will be removed from their system and don't call them again.

Also, it was disappointing that the Better Business Bureau of Atlanta/Marietta had no complaints or warnings about these crooks. I won't be relying on them anymore—or Dunn and Bradstreet either.

I recently received a letter from Burns, Speights, Grisham & abbott, P.C., 150 North Street, Canton, Ga 30114 that Alliance has ceased operations effective Sept. 21. This law firm was to dissolve the corporation & wind up its affairs. They say there is a strong possibility of filing for bankruptcy protection. I wonder if this is a legal maneuver to get away from their obligations and start the scam anew under another name.

I hope all of these crooks are put away for many years.
