This company scammed me for $6000.00. Guaranteed refund if the business didn't sell. No contact after payment. Ripoff

I received a fax from Alliance Acquisitions. The fax stated they had buyers in my area looking for a business such as mine.

They sent a representative out to look at the business and my statistics. He recommended based on the information that we move forward with an evaluation.

I was then contacted by an independent firm Business evaluation services to evaluate the business numbers based on my tax returns. They did a long report with the valuation of the business. I paid for this report, since then I have not heard from either company.

I tried to contact Alliance several times and could not reach anyone. I finally called the original representative and he told me that the company closed the doors and filed bankruptcy.

This total process was a scam.
