For about ten years I've purchased the NFL Sunday Ticket and the longer I purchase the program the more programs/services you take away. I paid a premium price for your service because I am a loyal Lions fan and I don't live in the Lions viewing area. However, the service has proved to be unsatisfactory, and I am asking for some guarantee or agreement prior to the purchase of the next package.
For many years, I have paid between $100 to $130 to purchase your services with less and less satisfaction. The first few years it was great the games were on the satellite and were on channels right next to each other and I could see parts of all the games. Over the years the game channels started to widen there distances from each other, then went to multiple satellites and finally to channels of complete static instead of the game.
For seven months I tried to contact you folks but I couldn't find a source of contact. I am disturbed on two counts. First, I paid a good price for your service and I did not expect an inferior product. Second, whom do I contact when I have a problem.
