Bogus calls were added to my account. Who could have 18 wrong numbers in a month's time? That is what they claim even though my phone carrier says no such cal deceptive company

My phone carrier lists every call made on my business account. Mci listed 27 long distance phone calls made from my business phone number in a months time. My phone carrier only showed 9 calls as being made during the same time.
Mci would NOT give me credit for the 18 calls they charged me for. These calls could never have happened since my carrier has no record of them.
