I bought 2 uniform tops from walnut medical services on 11/14. Not feeling good that day i didn't take the time to try them on in the store. I came home removed the tags and washed them according to the care label inside the tops. When they were dry i tried on the small shirt. It is to tight on me.
The other shirt is an extra small so i knew not to even try it on. I took the shirts back to the store the next day after work and they told me they would have to check with the manufactures. I explained that i just wanted to do an even exchange on both shirts plus i was going to purchase an extra top. I was told they would call me the next day to let me know. I gave them my work phone number and they didn't call me, so i called them at 1:45 P.M. And was told no, that the company they distribute for refused to let me exchange them or give me my money back. Now i'm out #43.18 for two shirts that i can't wear.
I just wanted to get new clothes for work. I work at the nearby hospital.
