Almost nine months ago, I ordered and paid for a magazine that never arrived. About every two months, I have patiently called back and have been assured that "my order was indeed processed."
Patience wearing thin, I called in November again asking to cancel my order and get a refund. I was not only told I could not get a refund; I asked to speak to a supervisor and was told none was available. I asked to be put on hold, and was told that I could not wait on hold. I gave my number and asked to be called back and, surprise surprise, nobody did. Then the salesperson abruptly hung up.
Mags 4 Cheap is a deceptive business that exemplifies fraudulent practices. The money is NOT the issue; acceptable levels of customer service, corporate responsibility and accountability are!
