I already wrote a report but I couldn't find it posted anywhere, so I might have entered something wrong. I would like to talk to the person that purchased the Fox Red lab from TNT labs and that mrs. Hindle was having trouble remembering who the stud was.
The Hindle's used my stud Big Red to bred their female Penny. We were cheated out of pick of the litter which was what was agreed upon-we received no compensation for our dog's services. My husband and her husband watched our stud breed their female, when it got time to get the puppy, Mrs. Hindle said that her husband had bred their stud Shaggy to Penny and she registered the puppies to Shaggy.
I tried to file against them with the AKC, but AKC wanted to charge ME $500 to force her to do the DNA tests. The AKC knows that there is a possibility that there are at least seven puppies out there registered to the wrong stud. I would love to know who the true father of those puppies are. It is not going to get me the puppy I lost from the breeding, but it might help establish who the true parents are. I feel bad that there are seven puppies out there that might be registered to the wrong parents. These puppies were born about August of last year.
Last summer, Mr. Hindle was arrested and held to be deported to New Zealand because he was illegal here in the US. We learned a hard lesson about breeding, about owners and breeders and about the rules of the AKC last year with this situation. We are certainly more careful now. I was happy to come across this site today.
