Are they billing you incorrectly? Yes indeed they are deffinatly up to something and make it ovious when there customer service representatives have no idea how to assist you!

Sprint Nextel is the worst phone company I have ever delt with and I am backed up by almost every person I talked to with the same cell phone carrier!!!

Ok so my exprence with them is a stressful one and heres why!

My boyfriend and I purshed a nextel fair and family flexable plan in june under his mothers name! Due to the fact that we have no house phone and I am a high risk pregancy and needed to be able to contact him at all times in case of an emergency!

With everything we purshed to go along with our plan e had estimated are bill to be around $115.00! Hen e receaved our first bill in June it was $284.00 (around) I called customer service and wanted answers on why our bill was so high and the spokes person i had spoken to explained to me that we had exceeded our minuites there was also a charges on there for a phone rental fee of around 27.00 that he took off because we purshed our phones in full on a radio shack card!

He adjusted that and explained that the sprint nextel company differs from other companies because when u exceed u allowed mins they do not charge u by the min but they ould charge us a fee of $10 for every additional 50 mins that we needed to add to our bill! I as pleased ith that because e all kno that most phone companies charge u per min if u go over ur mins! Ell think agian!!!

The next bill we receaved as also above what it was soposed to be $202.00 i as once agian pissed because i was told the earlier stated information bout the overage charges and called customer serice agian! The next man i had spoken to explained to me that the man i had spoken to prior was incorrect about the overage charges and told be a the what i thought was to be the correct rate

Then someone stole my boyfriends phone from his job so we called within 15 mins of it being stolen and had restrictions applyed to it and where referred to the signal company to process a claim to replace the phone the man i had spoken to informed me that there will be a deductable FLAT RATE OF $35.00 i had asked him if there was any deliveray charges or any other fees that ere gonna be added and he stated clearly no! Only $35.00 will be added to you next bill!

Then e receaved our bill and it AGIAN SAID WE HERE OVER OUR MINS and they charged us almost $50 to replace that phone hen i was told it was only $35.00 i once agian called customer service to straighten out the bill and find out hy e where charged $50 to replace the phone! This phone call lasted almost 2 and a half hours the name i spoke to as martin who said that once agian i was given the roung information and that the fees here delivery charges and tax fees for delivering the phone when i asked him to credit us something on our bill due to all the false information i as being told first about the ay they handle overage charges and second about the fees for replacing the phone he said there as nothing he could do but apoligize for the reps and them giving me false information then he ent over our mins ith me and informed me i had free incoming on my phone and said that if someone called me to just hang up and tell them to call me back to help lower the overage charges and directed me to switch my plan to one ith more mins to avoid these high bills so at that point it seamed like the only thing i could do to resolve this proublem!

So martin the customer care rep ent over a ne plan with me and sithed it my ne plan as soposed to include free incoming calls, mobile to mobile unlimited nights and eekends starting at 7, no roaming charges and unlimited walkie talkie so i directed him to change the plan and he said it ould be 89.00 for the first line and an additional 20.00 for the second line and an additonal 10.00 for bothe phones for the mobile to mobile he said this plan ill be effective on our ne billing cycle starting nov 13!!

Then i asked him to tell ith if e where over our mins for this month and if not how many we had left for the next to weeks he put me on hold for 10 mins then returned and directed me to call 611 from my phone and a recording ill tell me how many mins i have left! My mother in law called from a land line phone to a number someone from the company has given her prior to this phone call and it told her e has 350 mins left and i called from my phone and it told me e here over our mins

So once agian confused i called customer serive and spoke to wade another clueless customer care rep and explaines to him i anted to kno how many mins e had left for this month he sounded like he had no idea ut he as doing and told me e went over by 946 mins i went through the roof i said there is no ay!!! Are u sure he assured me he as sure and hen i asked him ho he said oh no ur have 307 mins left for the this month i as looking at last months bill hen the customer care rep said last month e ent over by 1000 mins so i asked him to check on my plan i had asked martin the customer care rep i had just spoke to change he informed me that martin as also incorrect and that there is no family plan that included free incoming calls hen i as told i as sighing up for a plan ith free incoming call and the price he gave me as also incorrect and there as no charge for the second phone and martin had also told me he put in for the plan to be effective nov 13 and he didnt the ne guy i as speaking to had to put it in the computer! ~ to be effective for nov 13 if not they ould have been billing us for the old plan instead of the new one e had sighed up for 10 mins earlier!

Today i called and spoke to a manager and explained my proublem and informed his i as highly pissed off and couldnt understand hy his company wAS causing me so much greif and hy none seamed to kno there excuse my expression ass from a hole in the ground and he said that they round there mins up to the nearest min even if u didnt use the full last min and that they ill be a charge of $2.50 to send a detailed bill of my call records hen any other phone service i had did that atomaticly! I asked him isnt that a little over the top to charge me to see my bill and he said no its our policy and there as nothing he could do so i hung up!

Thats here i stand right now and am so fustrated ith this whole situation i wanna knoe if anyone else is suffering from the same issues and see if we can do something about it!
